To become a Loketo Security Guard, you must:
- ✓ Be at least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED
- ✓ Pass comprehensive background check and security vetting
- ✓ Possess valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ✓ Pass physical fitness test and medical examination
- ✓ Obtain security guard license (we provide training)
- ✓ For armed positions: obtain firearm certification and training
- ✓ Demonstrate professional communication and customer service skills
- ✓ Available for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
